Born in the late 1990's and after some line-up changes during the years, Demencia 13 finaly reached the line-up that Danny and Freddie, original and founding members, were seeking. To produce their skull crushing sound, Danny and Freddie hired Rafael Mendez on guitars and Hector Cott on drums.


Now in 2007 Demencia 13 have record a CD with the new members and a skull crushing sound that blow up your mind. Mendez, with his grinding - shredding attack and guitar hero solos, brought to the band what they needed to KICK to the A among the local scene in Puerto Rico. In charge of the rhythm section is Freddie Cruz on bass and Hector Cott on drums, who delivers the BIG PAIN and POUNDING RHYTHM that has become the signature sound that separate them from the rest. Danny's vocals ranges from 80's metal growls, melodies, and some urban blended with fresh nu-metal. The lyrics are base on real, social and personal experiences, influences in the sound of the band from 80's hard rock, 90's hardcore and modern sounds.
